Yes, we ship internationally! We offer free express international shipping on all orders over $250 within North America, and charge a flat rate of $45 for anywhere else.
How long will it take to get my order?
VICTOR LI offers the following shipping options for domestic orders:
- FedEx Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 Business Days
- FedEx Express Shipping: 1 to 3 Business Days
All U.S orders will be shipped via FedEx. Shipping times are estimated based on the option of selecting ground shipping and express. To ensure guaranteed delivery window please place all orders by 1PM EST Monday - Friday.

When will I receive my pre-ordered product?
The shipping timeline for the pre-ordered product can be found on the product page. A separate shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as soon as the order is shipped.
Can I exchange my product for a different one?
Sale items are non-refundable and are only eligible for exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer price adjustments for sale items.
Can I return my product?
VICTOR LI accepts returns on full price items within 14 days from the date you receive your package. Items marked 'Sale' are non-refundable and are eligible for exchange only. If 14 days have gone by since you received your package, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuit will not be refundable for hygiene reason and are always considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be returned with original hangtags, order confirmation slip, and in the original packaging. Original packaging includes VICTOR LI shopping bag and/or VICTOR LI garment bag for certain products.
How do I complete a return?
To complete your return, please follow the process detailed here:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, return reason, and items to be returned.
- Please include all original hangtags and packaging in your return.
- Carefully pack your return item and use a trackable shipping service provider.
- Drop package off at the local office of the designated shipping carrier or schedule a pickup.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the confirmation of your refund.
Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or other original method of payment. Depending upon your bank or credit card company, the refund can take up to 7-10 business days to post. If 10 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact email@example.com.
